Your Account, Your Rewards

Your rewards are connected to the email address used for your customer account. Always use the same email address when shopping, reviewing products, and redeeming rewards.

A Few Important Details

  • Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

  • Only one loyalty reward may be redeemed per order.

  • Whether a reward can be combined with another promotion depends on the offer and the discounts permitted at checkout.

  • Points may be adjusted when an order is canceled, returned, refunded, disputed, or otherwise determined to be ineligible.

  • Referral rewards are not available for self-referrals, duplicate accounts, canceled purchases, or suspected misuse.

  • Additional conditions displayed with a particular reward also apply.

  • The Ansley Effect may correct account errors and modify or discontinue the program, subject to applicable law.
