The Ansley Effect works with trusted brand and fulfillment partners in the United States and Europe. The shipping location and delivery time may therefore vary by product.

Estimated Delivery Times

Products shipping from a U.S. partner generally arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Products shipping from a European partner generally arrive in the United States within 10–20 business days after shipment.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Orders With Multiple Products

Products in the same order may be fulfilled from different locations. When this happens, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Tracking Your Order

Once an item has been processed and released to the carrier, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. You can also follow your shipment through our Track Your Order page.

Tracking information may not update immediately after a label is created. Please allow the carrier time to scan the package into its network.

Shipping Charges

Available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout based on the products in your order, their fulfillment location, package weight, and delivery destination.

Customs and Import Fees

International shipments may be reviewed by customs and may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees. When applicable, these charges are determined by the destination country or customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to help, but an address cannot always be changed once an order has entered processing or been released to a fulfillment partner.

Expedited and Special Shipping Requests

Expedited shipping is not available for every product or fulfillment location. Please contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline, and we will let you know what options may be available.
