International Shipping Policy — The Ansley Effect

At The Ansley Effect, we proudly source many of our premium lingerie, swimwear, and women’s apparel lines from trusted designers and manufacturers across Europe and the U.S. We strive to deliver a seamless shopping experience for our customers, even as we navigate today’s global shipping challenges.

Estimated Delivery Time:
For orders shipping from Europe to the United States, please allow approximately 10 to 20 business days for delivery. For orders shipping domestically, please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days.  While we work closely with our shipping partners to minimize delays, please understand that customs processing, global carrier backlogs, or unexpected disruptions may occasionally extend delivery times.

Order Updates & Tracking:
You will receive an email notification as soon as your order leaves our European or U.S. partner facility. Once your shipment is processed and in transit, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

Customs & Import Fees:
Some orders may be subject to customs inspections or additional import duties imposed by U.S. customs authorities. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local import policies if you have any concerns.
